Hi
I would like some valuation advice please on my late mother’s Singer 99K sewing machine (s/n F6849908).
I’m in the UK – are you able to help me, please?
I’m happy to send you some photographs if you want me to.
Thanks
Pete Stanford

Hi, Pete!
I’m the proud owner of a Singer 99K sewing machine, too 🙂 I’m not that qualified to tell you the exact price, but I can tell you for sure that it is less than $100.
Regards, Freddie
Dear Pete,
What you have here is a Singer 99K hand crank sewing machine. These sewing machines were manufactured in large quantities. They are not really collectible.
If this Singer 99K came with some rare badge or rare decals, it would be a whole different story…
Thus, if it’s in working condition and no crucial details are missing, its market value is around £40 – £50.
Singer 99K that is in perfect condition (incl. case) and fully serviced can fetch £120 – £160.
Best regards, Anna
Thanks Freddie and Anna.
Absolute proof that old does not necessarily equal valuable :o(
